About Majestic Modifications and the AE Community

Majestic Modifications was founded in 2006 by Matt Brooks. Matt's expertise in auto parts and accessories dates back to the mid 1990's when he began studying cars and how they worked. He took on his first project in highschool, which was rebuilding a 1982 Chevrolet S-10 pickup. It was outfitted with a rebuilt Chevy 229 V-6 bored 0.60 over engine with a 350 turbo transmission out of a 1981 Camaro, had a fully customized interior from a 1999 S-10 with bucket seats, a custom floor shifter, customized amplifier and sub box, 3.5 inch body lift, and 33 inch off-road tires. The first Majestic Modification was born.



Matt had the vision to start this company for years before it actually happened. Then in January 2005, he was diagnosed with Lymphoma, which is a type of white blood cell cancer. The tumor was over 22 centemeter in length (about a foot long). He underwent six months of rigorous treatments battling the cancer including both chemotherapy and radiation therapy, and later that year in October 2005, was declared to be in remission.

During the treatments, Matt had lunch with a good friend and fellow entreprenuer, Joe Moon, who is the Founder and Director of Operations for Mobile IT Solutions. Joe challenged Matt to go after his vision. For the next several months, Matt developed his plan for creating Majestic Modifications.

Our website, http://www.majesticmodifications.com/, is the first phase of the project. We have established relationships with auto parts suppliers to bring you a wide selection of aftermarket accessories, and are continuing to develop our product list. We will be adding a full car audio line this year, as well as persuing the task of adding a full OEM replacement parts catalogue.

Once our site becomes successful, we will lauch phase two of Majestic Modifications, which is our physical location. This is the ultimate goal, as it will allow Matt to continue to do what he loves, which is modify cars!
